1. What is a business mentor?
A business mentor is your guide, strategist, and business partner—someone who’s been there, done that, and can help you navigate the path to success. I’ll support you by helping you define your goals, give you actionable strategies to get there, and help you overcome the mindset blocks that come with entrepreneurship. Whether it’s about marketing, sales, or personal growth, a business mentor gives you the tools and the courage to take your business to the next level.
2. How is your approach different from other coaching programs?
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter strategies. My mentorship is all about creating a magnetic business that aligns with your energy, skills, and superpowers. We’ll build a business YOUR way, one that reflects your unique voice and allows you to show up authentically. Together, we’ll break through the blocks and create something that’s sustainable, scalable, and exciting.
3. Will you be mentoring me, coaching me, or both?
I’ll be doing both. During our time together, you’ll get a powerful blend of mentoring and coaching. In the mentoring part, I’ll teach, advise, and show you what works, guiding you through strategies and tactics. In the coaching part, I’ll help you dig deep, uncover blocks, and guide you in discovering how to move past them. You’ll get all the knowledge and mindset support you need to truly grow your business the right way.
1:1 Mentorship FAQS
1. How does the 1:1 mentorship work?
1:1 Coaching Sessions:
Our sessions are biweekly (1 hour), and we’ll dive into everything—mindset, strategy, and the specific action steps you need to take.Pre-session preparation: You’ll complete a client preparation form 24hrs before our session to keep me updated on your progress and focus areas.
Shared Google Drive Folder: All of your resources—strategy document, workbooks, templates, and trainings—are stored in your shared Google Drive folder. This keeps everything organized and easily accessible, so you can always stay on track and refer back to the content whenever you need it.
Follow-up Actions: After every session, you’ll receive clear, actionable steps to take—no more second-guessing.
2. What happens when I sign up for 1:1 coaching?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a contract and invoice. After the first payment is made and the contract is signed, you’ll get a welcome email with details on how to book your first session. You’ll also complete a welcome questionnaire to help prepare for our deep dive session. Along with this, I’ll share your Google Drive folder, where we’ll store all your documents, templates, and resources.
3. Can I work with you if I’ve never signed a client?
Yes, you can absolutely work with me! However, it’s helpful if you have a basic understanding of social media and Canva and are ready to take stretchy action from day one. Keep in mind, it might take a little longer to hit consistent client months as we’ll need to spend some extra time solidifying your foundations. But with the right mindset and action, we’ll get you there!
4. How soon will you review my documents/posts/content?
I offer feedback and reviews on any documents, posts, or content you want to fine-tune. I check work twice a week — so you can get personalised, timely feedback to keep moving forward.
5. What is a ‘done for you’ service?
For my VIP 1:1 clients, I offer a ‘done for you’ service. That means I’m in the trenches with you, mentoring, guiding, and cheering you on every step of the way. We implement the strategies we agree on together, and I’ll provide you with all the tools, support, and resources needed to fast-track your journey to getting clients and scaling your business.
6. What if I’ve already done some of the steps in the framework?
First of all—kudos to you! If you’ve already done some of the steps, that’s awesome! The framework is a guideline, but your journey with me will be personalised to fit your specific goals and needs. You won’t be wasting time on things you’ve already tackled—we’ll move quickly to the stuff that will really move the needle for you.
Moves to 5K Membership FAQS
1. Can I join your membership program if I’m not ready for 1:1 coaching?
Yes! My Moves to 5K membership is perfect if you want personalised support but aren’t quite ready to commit to 1:1 coaching. It’s a great option if you’re ready to build momentum, get guidance, and be part of a supportive community while you lay the foundations for your business.
2. What’s included in the Moves to 5K Membership?
In the Moves to 5K membership, you get:
Weekly Mindset, Strategy, and Visibility Prompts: To keep you focused and on track.
Monthly Live Calls: With coaching, guest experts, and Q&A sessions to accelerate your growth.
Access to an Exclusive Facebook Community and Online Hub: A supportive group of coaches cheering you on.
Exclusive Trainings: Access to all past and future training, packed with valuable insights to move the needle in your business.
3. How are the live session dates decided, and are there replays?
The dates for live sessions change each month to maximise attendance, and I poll everyone to make sure as many people as possible can make it. If you can't make a session, I prioritize you for the next session dates. Yes, replays are recorded and stored in the hub, which you have access to. You can view all past trainings and masterclasses at any time.
4. How are session themes decided?
Session themes are based on the conversations and challenges that everyone in the group is experiencing. I also take requests and poll the group to make sure we cover the topics that matter most to you, so you’re always getting the support you need.
5. What is the minimum commitment for the membership?
The minimum commitment for the Moves to 5K membership is 6 months. You may cancel after the first month if you feel it's not for you, but after that, a refund will not be given.
6. How many people are in the membership?
The Moves to 5K membership is capped at 15 people. This is to keep it intimate and close-knit, ensuring you get the personalised support you need.

1. What payment options do you offer?
I offer flexible payment plans to make this easy and accessible for you. You can pay via Stripe or bank transfer, and I offer 3, 6, and 12-month payment options depending on the program you choose. There’s no reason to wait—let’s get you started today!
2. Can I get a refund if it’s not a good fit for me?
I want you to feel 100% confident in your decision to work with me, which is why I encourage you to book a free chemistry call before we start.
Once we start working together, if, after our first session, you feel like it’s not the right fit, I offer a refund minus the cost of the session we just had. However, from the 2nd session onwards, all payments are non-refundable.
